Trademark registration
Our fees for trademark registration in Italy would be Euro 800.00 plus out of pocket expenses (i.e. registration taxes and stamp duties) amounting to around 200.00 Euros for one trademark class registration. An addition fee of Euros 150.00 will apply for any additional trademark class registration.
Instead, our fees for European Union trademark registration would be Euros 1,000.00 plus our pocket expenses (i.e. registration taxes) amounting to around Euros 800.00 for one class registration. An addition fee of Euros 150.00 will apply for any additional trademark class registration.
