Long-term VISA and residence permit for employment secondment based on a service contract

This type of application covers employees of a foreign company who are temporarily transferred in Italy to a company, that is not part of the same group, but with whom the foreign company stipulated an international service contract under article 27 (i) decreto legge n 286/98. The procedure to be followed is the same as the intra-company work visa, with the difference that the Italian company must inform the local unions regarding the number of foreign workers assigned and the duration of their secondment in Italy. This work permit has a maximum duration of two years.
