Open a Traditional Private Limited Lability Company (Traditional S.r.l.): Euros 4,000.

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the incorporation of the company;
  • Draft all the documents required including memorandum of incorporation, articles of associations (by-laws), power of attorney etc.;
  • Collect from you all the necessary documents and information;
  • Registration of the director(s) and shareholder(s) of the proposed company with the Italian Tax Authorities (i.e. opening a codice fiscale);
  • Assistance in relation to the incorporation of the Company including the execution of the requested notarial deed and filing the documents with the Registrar of Companies;
  • VAT application;
  • Assistance with bank account setup;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pockets expenses in connection with the incorporation of the company such as notary fees, stamp duties and other registration taxes.

Open a Simplified Private Limited Liability Company (Simplified S.r.l.): Euros 3,000.

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the incorporation of the company;
  • Draft all the documents required including memorandum of incorporation, articles of associations (by-laws), power of attorney etc.;
  • Collect from you all the necessary documents and information;
  • Registration of the director(s) and shareholder(s) of the proposed company with the Italian Tax Authorities (i.e. opening a codice fiscale);
  • Assistance in relation to the incorporation of the Company including the execution of the requested notarial deed and filing the documents with the Registrar of Companies;
  • VAT application;
  • Assistance with bank account setup;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pockets expenses in connection with the incorporation of the company such as notary fees, stamp duties and other registration taxes.

Open a branch in Italy: Euros 5,000.

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the establishment of a branch;
  • Draft all the relevant documents required including the power of attorney and collect from you all the necessary documents and information;
  • Register the director(s) and shareholder(s) of the proposed company with the Italian Tax Authorities (i.e. obtain a codice fiscale);
  • Execute on your behalf all the necessary documents including the branch establishment deed with an Italian public notary;
  • VAT application;
  • Assistance with bank account setup;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pockets expenses in connection with the branch establishment such as notary fees, stamp duties and other registration taxes.

Open a representative office in Italy: Euros 3,500.

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the establishment of a representative office;
  • Draft all the relevant documents required and collect from you all the necessary documents and information in connection with the establishment of th representative office;
  • Register the representative person of the representative office with the Italian Tax Authorities (i.e. obtain a codice fiscale);
  • Execute on your behalf all the necessary documents in connection with the establishment of the representative office;
  • Assistance with bank account setup.

Open an innovative start-up company in Italy: Euros 5,000.

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the incorporation of the company;
  • Draft all the documents required including memorandum of incorporation, articles of associations (by-laws), power of attorney etc.;
  • Collect from you all the necessary documents and information;
  • Registration of the director(s) and shareholder(s) of the proposed company with the Italian Tax Authorities (i.e. opening a codice fiscale);
  • Assistance in relation to the incorporation of the Company including the execution of the requested notarial deed and filing the documents with the Registrar of Companies;
  • Drafting and filing the application for the company to be enetered in the special section of the Italian Registrar of Companies for innovative startup companies;
  • VAT application;
  • Assistance with bank account setup;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pockets expenses in connection with the incorporation of the company such as notary fees, stamp duties and other registration taxes.

 Provision of registered office: Euros 1,200 per year.

Fees include the following services:

  • Provide an official address in Italy for the company at our premises in the city centre of Milan;
  • Receive and sorting out incoming mail, including first-class mail, judiciary acts as well as any other correspondence;
  • Open, scan and send any mail received to the e-mail address that will be indicated in writing by the company;
  • If requested, sending all mail by first-class courier to the address that will be indicated by the Company.

 Italian trademark registration: Euros 1,000 (for 1 class registration).

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the registration of the trademark;
  • Draft all the documents required to file the trademark application;
  • Collect from you all the necessary documents and information in connection with the trademark application;
  • File the trademark application;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pockets expenses in connection with the trademark application such as stamp duties and other registration taxes.

EU trademark registration: Euros 1,800 (for 1 class registration).

Fees include the following services:

  • Advise you in connection with the registration of the trademark;
  • Draft all the documents required to file the trademark application;
  • Collect from you all the necessary documents and information in connection with the trademark application;
  • File the trademark application;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pockets expenses in connection with the trademark application such as stamp duties and other registration taxes.

Residence permit application: Euros 2,500.

Fees include the following services:

  • Advice you in connection with the residence permit application;
  • Advice you in connection with any legal issues that may arise during the application process;
  • Registration of the applicant with the Italian Inland Revenue (Agenzia delle Entrate) including obtaining a tax identification number (codice fiscale);
  • Draft of all documents required to obtain security clearance from the competent police headquarters;
  • Collect from you all necessary documents and information in connection with the residence permit application;
  • Pay on your behalf all out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the residence permit application;
  • File and monitoring the residence permit application until the residence permit is issued;
  • attend meetings and conference calls in relation to the Residence Permits.
